Great Smith Street was laid out in the 17th Century and No 40 has had a colourful past, details of which can be seen at our office. In 1976, Terry Osborne and Michael Cole took over the practice of Ronald Tuckerman and Partners, which had been trading at the premises since 1948.

Michael Cole and Terry Osborne remain the directors of Tuckerman Residential - both being chartered surveyors. The lettings department is headed up by Janet Coe who deals with all aspects, including a full management package for landlords. Residential Sales are looked after by William Allen, and both William and Janet have over 25 years experience in the business and both are long standing members of The National Association of Estate agents.
